What each size will actually run
- 300 litre — a 7.5 HP twin-cylinder pump delivering 496 LPM (17.52 CFM) of free air, right for a single-bay workshop running one or two pneumatic tools at a time.
- 420 litre — a 10 HP three-cylinder pump delivering 835 LPM (29.50 CFM), for multi-bay service stations and tyre shops running two or three tools together.
- 500 litre — a 15 HP three-cylinder pump delivering 1229 LPM (43.42 CFM), the largest in the range, for bigger service floors running several tools at once.
Understanding the numbers
Working pressure, CFM and duty cycle explained
Working pressure is how hard the compressed air pushes — all three units here are rated to 12 kg/cm2 (170 PSI), the industry-standard pressure most pneumatic workshop tools are built around.
CFM (cubic feet per minute) measures free air delivery — how much air the pump actually puts out once losses are accounted for, not the theoretical displacement figure. It’s the number that tells you how many tools you can run at the same time without the pressure dropping.
Duty cycle is how continuously a compressor can run without overheating. We haven’t published a duty-cycle percentage for these pumps yet — confirm your expected run time with us before ordering if you’re planning near-continuous use.

Are these compressors suitable for home use?
No. These are fixed industrial compressors on 300 to 500 litre receivers, built for a service station or workshop plant room — not portable, and not sized or priced for occasional home use.
How do I choose between the 300, 420 and 500 litre units?
By how many air tools you run at once. The 300 litre suits a single bay running one or two tools, the 420 litre holds enough reserve for two or three tools across a multi-bay floor, and the 500 litre is sized for several tools running together on a larger service floor.
What working pressure do they run at?
All three are rated to 12 kg/cm2 (170 PSI), the same working pressure across the range.
Can I run one of your washing lifts off one of these compressors?
Check the pressure first. Our compressors top out at 12 kg/cm2, which covers the 1 ton, 4 ton and 8 ton twin post washing lifts (9 to 12 kg/cm2) — but the 8 ton single post and 16 ton washing lifts need up to 15 kg/cm2, above what these compressors supply. Confirm compressor sizing with us before ordering both together.
